  • It doesn’t matter who you are, your race, culture, gender or status, because everyone is faced with this global pandemic. This has now become a crisis that affects the world, and it will require a united global response. The global response is, Lord forgive us, Lord heal and Lord save us from hurting ourselves during the journey of life. Let’s not make the mistake to think that the Coronavirus is the only cause for us to surrender to God; there are several areas of our lives we need to surrender to God.
  • When it comes to your belief system, one thing is sure; you must protect it with the word of God. This is the only way to avoid being tricked by the many schemes of Satan. As a member of the body of Christ, you must understand that you’re under attack, and you must put on the full armor of God to protect yourself from the plot of the enemy. Satan has many schemes that are designed to deceive you and weaken your faith. Listen! It doesn’t matter what’s going on in your life, God’s best is still available to you.

  • It was not long ago I preached a message titled, "Broken For A Cause," and the take away from that message was, every difficult and challenging situation serves a purpose in our lives.

Our brokenness brings us to seek God for clarity and deep appreciation for what He has done for us.

We live in a society that believe if you are hurting, struggling and broken, something is wrong with you.

God is not with you and maybe he is punishing you.

That is deceiving and a lie.

  • Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:10 ESV  For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil. This morning, God wants us to talk about good deeds and how doing them are choices each and every one of us must make. This conversation is so needed in this time where it's difficult to make the distinction between the two. For those of us who are disciples of Christ, we must adhere to the teachings of scripture regarding which side we should choose, whether it's good or bad.

  • Scripture: Jonah 1:1-10 NIV There are some people who have stopped praying and believing for God to give instructions and blessings in their lives. This is caused by the influence from society and a mindset that says, “If you don’t get what you want when you want it, just ignore that path, and try another path.” For some reason, many people are not satisfied with God’s path for their lives, so they seek for other ways to find instructions and material blessings.
  • Every day, as you live your life, there are many things and people who are seeking to gain your attention. It is also important to note that the people, or things that are trying to get your attention are doing so for two reasons:
    1. To encourage and empower you, or
    2. To distract you                      Speaker: Bishop Fernandez  5/26/19

  • I firmly believe the main reason people fall apart when faced with challenging times is, they fail to discern that every phase in life presents an opportunity to embrace something new. Please don’t forget that God is always doing new things; you should always be ready to embrace what He is doing. You have to let go of the past, and embrace the future with optimism. Today, you have entered into a new phase of your life, and it’s up to you to decide if you will embrace the new phase or stay outdated with the past. Isaiah 43:18-19 ESV “Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”

  • There’s no doubt we have seen in the last couple of days a lot of panicking and fear all over the world. People are panicking because of the uncertainty of who may be carrying the Conoravirus and who may be infected by it. While I may not know the full facts behind how this virus started, how it spread so quickly and how long before it can be contained, I can tell you this much, our God is fully in control of the outcome of this pandemic. Knowing this, you and I should rest in the fact that our protection and deliverance from any pandemic and our eternal destiny are in God’s hands.
  • As I conclude this series of messages that deals with the favor of God, it is my hope that all of you would become familiar with these messages to empower yourself to live God’s best for your life. • Scripture: 2 Peter 1:3 NIV  His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. We all have responsibilities in life, from preteen all the way to adulthood. And we have been given the power to perform well in all stages of life.
