  • Our society is being greatly influenced by technology, to the point where it’s almost impossible to live without it. One such technology we use a lot, is our cell phones.  We are extremely addicted to our cell phones.  We will not leave home without it and will keep it in our possession at all times. A research company called, Marketer, did a study on how much time Americans spent on their cell phones, and found that in 2018, the average person spent 3 hours and 35 minutes each day talking on their cell phone. The average American spends 11 hours a day on their cell phones interacting, listening and reading.
  • Today makes a pivotal point in our lives. It is a pivotal point, because we are closing out the first half of this year. And as we move forward into the next half of this year, we must take time to reflect on the past. As we look toward what God has for us in the future, we must look into the rear view mirror and be grateful for the things God has done for us. Psalm 9:1 ESV “I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart; I will recount all of your wonderful deeds.”

  • Every day, as you live your life, there are many things and people who are seeking to gain your attention. It is also important to note that the people, or things that are trying to get your attention are doing so for two reasons:
    1. To encourage and empower you, or
    2. To distract you                      Speaker: Bishop Fernandez  5/26/19
  • To plug into God’s plan means, you should get connected to God’s ideas for your life. I want you to know that God has big ideas for your life; you just need to get plugged into what those ideas are. Jeremiah 29:11 ESV 11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. You must see God as your main source who makes all things work for your good. Speaker: Bishop Fernandez  5/19/19
  • Lydia

Lydia (The woman who prays; does business; worships; is receptive and hospitable) There’re so many incredible stories of many women in the bible that many people are not aware of; women who were very instrumental in reaching Europe and Asia with the gospel. I want to encourage all of you, especially women, to study the bible and search for stories that can be beneficial in your pursuit of Jesus Christ and God’s will for your life on the earth. • Have you ever asked yourself the question, what kind of a life God requires us to live? This is a question all of us must answer. We must answer this question, because our ability to answer it correctly, will thrust us into a journey of discovering the power of God’s word that will transform our lives. Romans 1:17 (KJV), states, “…the just shall live by faith.” The NIV says, “…the righteous will live by faith.” Speaker: Bishop Fernandez 5/5/19
