Some of you may be perplexed by the thought that there can be such a thing as positive overload, especially when the word ‘overload’ is suggesting that someone is overburdened with the issues of life.

Our society teaches us to avoid being overloaded with the issues of life; the suggestion is, doing so will help us avoid stress and anxiety.
