Hello everyone, and happy Friday. Did you know you are blessed? That’s right. When God woke you up this morning, He blessed you with a new day, a fresh opportunity to give thanks to Him for your life, and an opportunity to let others know how much He loves them. I know, you’re probably thinking, But nothing has changed. The problems I had yesterday are still here. That may be true, but God is also still here. And He has promised to help you get through whatever problems you face. You’re not alone. Remember the scripture we looked at last Friday in Matthew 5:8-9, where Jesus said, “Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.” That verse is really saying happy is the person who carries the blessing of God in his or her life. Because you have God on the inside, and He’s doing such great things for you, you need to be sharing your blessings with someone else. Right now, many are struggling as a result of the current pandemic. Many are afraid because of the uncertainties. This is the perfect time for you to talk with them—to share God’s goodness and blessings that you have received with them. It’s a good time for you to let them know He will do the same for them. My friend, you’re too blessed to not want to share your blessings with others. Instead of focusing on the negative, think about all that God has done for you. Don’t let the enemy trick you into believing that because you’re going through certain challenges you are not blessed. Challenges are part of life, but so are God’s blessings for those who love and trust Him. We learned last week that the word blessed literally means “happy” or “fortunate.” That’s how God wants you to see yourself today. Not only that, but He wants you to be willing to share that happiness—to share it with others so they experience God and His goodness. You’re too blessed to keep it all for yourself. Let someone else share in the goodness God has so graciously given to you.

Just as God has blessed you with resources to be able to help others, He’s also given you the resources to help support ministries like The Faith Center. If you’ve never given to help support this ministry and would like to, I’d like to give you that opportunity today. Just go online to thefaithcenterint.org/give and click “GIVE.” You can also “text-to-give” by texting the word TFCGIVE to 73256, or by using our CASH APP.
